it's true but I can't select role when I create new user as Provider. In Role position is only System Administrator (it isn't select pole only clear text).
In my cloud for Provider Administrator I can use only System Administrator role. I want deradate some privilliges, create new degradating role for Provider Administrator and create user with this role.
In my situation I need 2 role for Provider Administrator: full privilliges and read-only privilliges.
Read-only provider should see all organization, vApp, VM and Networks in this Organizations, resource organizations, but don't change anythings.
