Hi ,
Can you please post the vCloud logs (/opt/vmware/vcloud-director/logs) ? also check if you are able to see a task initiated in the vCenter..
1. Go to System tab --> Manage and monitor ---> Right click vCenter properties, update the vCenter and vShield manager password.
2. Got to vShield manager webconsole --> Update the vCenter password.
If you are facing the issue still then need to analyze the logs.
