Any idea how to do the DB query/fix for this? I too see this happen with Windows 2008 R2 as well as Windows 7 VM's, when adding to the catalog.
This is preventing the scripting that we insert into the "SetupComplete.cmd" file from running since Sysprep doesn't actually run when deploying new vApp's from the catalog.
