hey all, I am wondering if this should be happening...I feel like something is wrong with this picture. Whenever we take vCenter Chargeback Manager down for maintenance our development team is saying provisioning of vApps is failing. There is a customer portal sitting in front of vCD, and I am going to test out if that is the case in vCD as well, but is anyone else running into something like this?
My understanding was that vCB was only a reporting mechanism and shouldn't really have anything to do with provisioning.
