Is there any auto scalling in vCloud director

Hai,

I'm new with vCloud Director, is there any auto-scalling in vCloud director such as we set the limit of memory are 90% use it auto add the memory went a memory get over it limit.

Is there such thing and does hot-add similar with this fuction.
