Easiest way is to get the diagnostic data from vShield/vCNS Manager:

 

Collecting diagnostic information for VMware vShield Manager

http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1029717/

 

The output is a .gz (i think).  so unpack that.

 

Then search the file for the exact line or relative time stamp.  If you grep the "id to load is required for loading", I think you should find it in the logs at a similar time stamp to vCloud Director.
