All VCD agents is running normal. VCD web interface shows all hosts status as normal.
The VDC type this vApp os on, is Allocation pool. I have tried to set minimal "Resource Guarantee" values (up to 1%) But this did not helped to start this vApp.
I have started VM's from failed vApp direcly from vcenter server without any issues. This coused "inconsistent state" warning in vApp, but VM's is running in production site, so i had no other choice.
This is showing, that vcenter server can start this VM's in the same resource pool as vApp. All other vAps can deploy and start VM's. Only this vApp cannot deploy and start any VM (small allso).
Any suggestions?
