No. SDRS doesn't have a way to remap all the links. An SvMotion, from what i have been told, will basically make a thin disk output.
I haven't specifically sat down and looked at exactly what happens with an SvMotion of a linked clone VM, to know the ups/downs.
vSphere 5.1 (if used across teh board) is Linked clone aware for SvMotion ... as in it doesn't mess them up. vSphere 5.0, from what I recall, might not allow linked clones to be moved.
