Expired VMs owner in vCloud director 5.5

In our environment, we have implemented VM's quota for the user. Let say 10 VM's per user. When VM's get expired it is transferred to "Expired Items"  in My Cloud. Even after VM moves to Expired Items, it still consumes the user Quota.

Now my concern is to find the Owner name of the Expired VM's. Is there any way wherein i can find the Expired VMs owner name. Some working script or some other method.
