Best Practice and how to move vCloud Director 5.1 database on Oracle to a new server?

Hi,

Presently running vCD 5.1 which is hosted on an external Oracle DB on Windows Enterprise 2008. We have to move vCD DB to a new server running RHEL.

I cannot seem to find any documents on this particular scenario. I have found the one below but that is SQL.
