We asked it because we have datacenters in several geographic locations, and there is about 100ms latency between them. If our vCloud database in LA, and we have a vCloud cell and vCloud Provider VDC in NY, when a people in NY to access the console of a VM which is in NY Provider VDC. It will be faster for him accessing it via vCloud cell in NY than via the vCloud cell in LA. Do you think it it true?
