We have a problem with one of our client sites whereby they cannot access the VMRC (vcloud 1.5.1) from behind their corporate proxy, which is a Clearswift Websweeper device. The problem is that the pop-up window opens, but it hangs on "Connecting" and never progresses to connected. If they bypass the proxy then it is fine.
They can connect to the vCloud website fine. Has anyone come across anything similar? Thanks
