vMotion VMs between Organization vDCs

Is it possible to live migrate vApps between Organization vDC where each Organization vDC is backed by a different Provider vDC. Our Provider vDCs are based on clusters and not resource pools.

I have two (2) different clusters in my vDC/vCenter. Cluster01 and Cluster02. We need to retire all the hosts and the cluster (Cluster01) since there is no need for the two (2)/separate clusters in our design now. We have plenty of resources in our Cluster02 and many of our organizations already have an org vDC in both Provider vDC-01 and Provider vDC-02.
