Migrate vm back to vcenter from vcloud.

Hi all,

i am using vcloud director 5.5 and vcenter 5.5 both. I moved some vms in to the vcloud through the import method .

now people want some of the vms back to the vcenter. they dont want it in to the vcloud. Now issue is how can i export them back. i tried two method.

1)  Downloaded the VMs files from the datastore directly and uploaded to the different datastore . its start running. but when i deleted the vapp in to the vcloud that vm also got deleted. luckily i was having the backup of the server.

2) Added the vapp to the catalog and click the downlaod buttton. but it seems so slow and my vms are quite heavy 500 GIG each.

Does anyone know some easy way to fix this issue.So i can fix it.
