If you use the solution (from my experience) you will need to baby sit it, it is not a set and forget like solution (as much as it is suppose to be). It does seem to have issues with scale, lots of items to handle for example. But all that said i y ou are moving items in a push style manor (on demand by admin) and can watch the system - it is better than using the normal web client import/export.
Well, it just doesn't feel like a product I can safely give to my customers that want to transfer their VMs in to our cloud hassle free. Especially this customer that rebuilds a test/dev environment from production clones out of his own vSphere environment, monthly.
