I did specify Pay as you go model and the default is .26GHz. That's what doesn't make sense to me at least. See attached for my allocation settings. I am trying to max out the server with VMs which is why it says infinite and what not. But the actual server utilization is only using 8200MHz out of 8 x 2.56GHz for CPU and 93GB of 196GB of RAM and it started giving me the can't deploy because 200 vCPU's is my limit but there's only 50ish or so VMs deployed.
Actually I'm just experimenting with a Windows 8 32-bit template that we have. It's plain as day, just the OS installed and nothing else. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. I'm still confused as to why the VMs run fine outside of director, so I'm assuming it has to be something within director. But having the template with 4 vcpu's peforms the same as having the same VM outside of director running directly on the ESXi server with only using 1 vcpu.
