When attempting to deploy this OVF in vCloud, I get an error that the manifest of the OVF package is invalid. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I have also looked at the OVF in Notepad++ and it seems to look fine, next to other known good OVF packages.
Here's what I have done so far to look into the issue.
OVFTool:
I ran the OVF Tool which returned the following output, so the manifest looks fine.
ovftool --schemaValidate <path>
OVF version: 1.0
VirtualApp: true
Name: D7003 (Gold)
Download Size: 40.21 GB
Deployment Sizes:
Flat disks: 120.00 GB
Sparse disks: 65.45 GB
Networks:
Name: NAT Network 2 - Port 3398
Description: The NAT Network 2 - Port 3398 network
Virtual Hardware:
Family: vmx-08
Disk Types: SCSI-lsilogicsas
Manifest info:
Manifest: Validates
vCenter:
I attempted to import this OVF package into vCenter and it runs fine for up to about 80% or more during the last part of the 2 of 2 vmdk, then fails giving a different error of, not a supported disk format (sparse VMDK version too old).
vCloud Director:
vCloud Director error that, the manifest of the OVF package is invalid.
