We do have a maintenance window.. We had an ESXi offline unexpectedly, such as server failure. Not sure why Vmware vcloud would require every ESXi in the cluster to add or save to catalog. It is like having multiple single point of failure. How does the VCO script you have do this in a more cloud friendly way- just interested
