vCloud Suite licensing

Hi !

I'm trying to figure out how many vCloud Suite licences aree needed in the following acase :

- One management cluster with 3 nodes (2 procs sockets each)

- One resource cluster with 4 nodes (2 procs sockets each)

My question is really simple : Do I need vCloud suite licences for both cluster or only for the management cluster (in this case the resouce cluster would be licensied with vSpehre enterprise plus with Operation management) ?

I found the vmWare docs really evasive regarding this question and I did not found yet why I would have to use a vCloud license for the resource cluster?
