I'm currently reading about vCD Architecture. I haven't deployed yet but will soon in a new environmet. VMware recommeds that the vCD suite of VM's run on its own dedicated cluster apart from the production VM's. With that said, I assume that other out there have purchased seperate hosts for this alone. They recommend a minimum of 2 hosts and best with 3.
What are the trends out there? I just wanted others experience on this. I doubt that vCD allows you to cluster off the same hosts as the production hosts as I know it cannot be done in vSphere.
