Error when going to users under administration tab in vCloud Director 1.5 gui

I'm new to vCloud Director and I just recently started receiving an xml error when going to "users" under the administration tab.  I have restarted the vCloud Director server and virtual center.  I have a ticket in with Vmware and uploaded the support log bundle to the ticket ysterday afternoon but still waiting to hear back.  I left them a vm this morning.  I figured I would try out the community to see if anyone has run into this.  Here is the exact error message....
