The issue was resolved. Failed ISO image was only visilble in Administration/Media&Other only. After it was deleted, we were able to delete the storage policy.

There is an timeout configured for all the session in the general tab of the administration page of vcloud. did you checked that?You can modify the timeout as per your requirement.
